REBOOT Combat Recovery helps veterans and family members heal from the  moral or spiritual wounds of war. The 12 session weekly combat healing  course provides structured curriculum focused on clinical and faith-based support, education and affirmation, in an environment of  trust. Participants learn to understand and address their personal moral  injuries. Throughout the program, participants complete weekly assessments that monitor individual performance. REBOOT “communities” are mostly veteran-led and include a mental health professional.    

The truth is that the traditional approaches to mental healthcare aren’t working quickly enough. There simply aren’t enough providers to meet the demand and people are dying while they wait.

That’s why REBOOT exists to help people overcome trauma through our faith-based, peer-led programs. More than 20,000 people have already embrace a brighter future. But our work is far from done! By 2025, we aim to have had than 50,000 people attend a REBOOT course. Will you join us?

Warfighter Outfitters (WFO) exists to provide a supportive and healthy outlet for Veterans seeking to reconnect with the camaraderie found in military service. This is done through outdoor fishing and hunting trips, campouts, and motorcycle adventures. Led by an all volunteer, veteran board, our organization believes in the power of the campfire. Once you attend one of our events, you’ll quickly realize the importance of reconnecting with fellow veterans who’ve had similar life experiences.

The Special Liberty Project fosters and maintains a supportive community  focused on nurturing our nation's Gold Star Families and Healing Veterans by connection with nature. We provide outdoor, educational experiences which spark true camaraderie and encourage strength, both mentally and physically. The goal of the Special Liberty Project retreats is to help our participants gain connection to each other and nature. Peer support is powerful and deeply needed in our veteran community. SLP Retreats speak directly to the corollary that mental health is an integral part of  physical health; that physical movement and interacting in nature lower blood pressure, decrease anxiety, inspire positivity. The benefits of healthy days, healthy food, nights of comradery, sharing, take home tools and recipes, and hands-on “getting in touch” with ourselves encourages a mindset outside of ourselves, to open up to the world around us that is bigger than ourselves, inviting our connection.

The In Honor of Our Troops Foundation (IHOOT) helps Active-Duty Military and Veterans re-charge, reconnect and re-establish healthy family relationships, especially following war, medical rehabilitation and long separations from one another. IHOOT is a 501(c) Public Charity that has formed partnerships with Wyndham, Worldmark by Wyndham, Shell Vacations  Club (SVC), Holiday Inn Club Vacations (HICV) as well as a strategic partnership with the Armed Forces Vacation Club (AFVC). Established in Wilmington in 1996, Canines for Service is a 501(c)(3)  nonprofit, and the longest operating, internationally accredited (ADI) service dog provider in the state. Women Veteran's Glamping focuses on providing a space for women veterans to come together and bond. The Maine woods provide the perfect atmosphere to relax, recharge and connect. Our loving mascot black lab Willow Grace is found at most of the retreats. She has been Bangor Troop Greeting for 4 yrs. Her gentle and sweet disposition helps Veterans with relaxing, love and healing. Willow is often found napping or swimming at events. The state of Maine is filled with an abundance of outdoor related activities, and great facilities for the Glamping. Maine Forest Yurts have been amazing to us, and become good friends. This is where we have hosted many of the glamping retreats to date. Thanks to our growth, we're looking to collaborate with other organizations in Maine for the coming summer. We have added a private campground in Naples to our locations for Glamping.

God's Word For Warriors is a Veteran Serving non-profit Organization that seeks to instill God's Word with Warriors while teaching, counseling, and supporting through a Biblical Foundation. Veteran led courses, peer to peer transition assistance, and community support are a few examples.

We support the healing and health of our Veterans and Military Communities by connecting post-9/11 Veterans, Service Members, and their Military Families with free, confidential mental and physical health  services. Returning Veterans Project (RVP) Clients use our online directory to access individualized care from a network of highly-qualified volunteer health Providers, without any fees or strings attached. Since our founding in 2005, we are removing the barriers to mental and physical health services so that those we serve can have  free, confidential access to the care they need.

The Mission: ​To share the community of trail running and the physical and psychological benefits running in nature provides with veterans and  their surviving family members. Our mentorship team are long-time mountain, ultra and trail runners, race directors and coaches from across the United States, and are excited to help share their knowledge and support.
